A little bit about me...
Caycee Allen is a lifelong learner and educator at heart, dedicated to helping schools and organizations build environments where people can learn, grow, and lead with confidence. With a Master’s in Counseling and certification in Play Therapy, her career began in the classroom and continued in student counseling, fueling a passion for supporting learners of all ages.
She went on to shape learning and development in the corporate sector, spending seven years at FranklinCovey building client partnerships that drove meaningful, lasting organizational change. Today, she brings that experience to TORSH, partnering with programs in early intervention and education to strengthen coaching systems and help educators thrive.
Above all, Caycee believes in connecting deeply, serving authentically, and helping teams grow through practical solutions that align to their culture and mission.
